Fire Station Roof Replacement RFP

Description: Work consists of fire station roof replacement. The project generally consists of removing and replacing the existing roofing membrane. The work also includes removal and replacement of insulation as necessary to provide a nominal slope of 1/4" per foot toward the roof drains, clearing and testing the existing roof drains, and repairing identified soft spots and areas damaged by water infiltration. Removal and replacement of the existing aluminum cap flashing will be included as an additive alternate.
