FY27 Treatment Services: Eastern District of Texas RFP
The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts intends to procure treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision through Blanket Purchase Agreements. The requirement is short-term residential substance-abuse treatment for male and female clients, including clients participating in medically managed treatment (MMT), with vendors demonstrating an in-catchment facility and qualified professionals. The initial performance period is October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with four possible 12-month extensions, and offers are due October 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. CDT.
