6505--FY27 SIR-Spheres Y90 Resin Microspheres
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order with Sirtex Medical Inc. for SIR-Spheres Y90 Resin Microspheres and accessory kits for the Bay Pines VA Health Care System. The requirement includes ten SIR-Y002 Y-90 Sir-Spheres Dose and Administration Kits, one SIR-10100 Siros Delivery Dome, ten SIR-10200 SIROS D-Vial Prep Sets, and ten SIR-10300 SIROS Delivery Sets.
