FY26 PIMS Peer Review on Plan Sponsor Health - (Request for Quote)

Description: Tasks Related Specifically to the SE Model: A review of the framework of the credit rating transition model used in the newly deployed SE PIMS model, assessed for reasonableness based on the purpose and use within the overall SE PIMS model. This includes: The theoretical soundness of the model; How ratings categories are grouped together; Whether other factors should be included. A review of the methodology for correlating projected changes in economic conditions (produced by the economic scenario generator) to projected default rates, including: The change in the one-year rate of default, by rating category; The change in probabilities of credit upgrades or downgrades, by rating category.
