FY26 DMA Building Automation Systems (BAS) - IFB

Description: The Commonwealth of Virginia's Department of Military Affairs is issuing an Invitation for Bids to establish contracts with multiple qualified vendors by zone for Building Automation Systems support at statewide locations. The scope includes quarterly and annual preventive maintenance, monthly remote inspections, on-call and emergency repairs, training, and upgrades, conversions, and modernization of Schneider EcoStruxure systems; bidders must hold a Class A DPOR license and submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan. The contract is scheduled to begin January 1, 2027, or the award date, whichever comes first, run through December 31, 2027, with four one-year renewal options, and is set aside for DSBSD-certified micro or small businesses.
