Description: The City of Placentia is soliciting sealed bids for FY 2026-27 RESIDENTIAL ROADWAY REHABILITATION PROJECT, City Project No. 27-104 to rehabilitate residential streets and related infrastructure. The scope includes cold milling, AC pavement reconstruction, slurry seal, striping and pavement markings, miscellaneous concrete work (curb, gutter, sidewalk), adjust-to-grade of manholes and water valves, utility protection, and monument preservation/restoration, with all work required to follow the project bid documents and the latest Greenbook and City/State specifications.
