Furnish and Deliver Labor and Materials for Servicing Cape May County Elevators RFP

Description: Provide comprehensive elevator maintenance and repair services for elevators and associated equipment at various facilities. Repair and/or replace any of the following components or parts including labor: hoisting machines and machine brakes; motor generators or solid state motor drives; control, selector, dispatch, signal and relay panels; hoisting motors; selector motors and drives; worms, gears, bearings and rotating elements; brake coils, linings, shoes and pins; brushes, commutators, windings and coils; contacts, relays, resistors and transistors; solid state panels, boards and control devices; hydraulic power units; operating valves, both manual and automatic pistons and their packings.
