Freezer Inventory Software: Freezerworks Base Edition

Description: NIST, within the Department of Commerce, intends to acquire Freezerworks Base Edition software from Dataworks Development, Inc. on a sole-source basis to replace a legacy freezer-inventory database used by the Materials Measurement Laboratory. The software must provide standardized Standard Reference Material location tracking, temperature-excursion monitoring, audit-ready reporting, and ongoing proprietary support across NIST facilities. This is a special notice of intent rather than a competitive request for quotations, and capable parties may submit written capability information by the response deadline.
