Emergency Debris Removal Services As-Needed
The City of Lancaster is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide Emergency Debris Removal Services on an as-needed basis following natural disasters, human-caused emergencies, or other debris-generating incidents. Services may include emergency debris clearance, collection, loading, hauling, transportation, reduction, processing, recycling, disposal, temporary debris management site operations, and site restoration. The City anticipates awarding one or more agreements for an initial term of five (5) years, with services authorized as needed. Contractors shall comply with all applicable local, State, and Federal requirements, including FEMA, Cal OES, contractor licensing, prevailing wage, and other applicable labor compliance requirements.
