Description: This project involves mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural main upgrades to the school with minor architectural renovations in corridors and classrooms. These upgrade extent through but are not limited to roofs, roof top units, air handling units, boilers, light fixtures, gym/cafeteria and classroom flooring, doors and window frames and hardware. This project is a multi-phase project with work occurring in summers 2027 and 2028.
