Work includes replacement of exterior handling units & makeup air unit serving the 1st and 2nd floor with modern equipment including associated duct work (vav) units, (bas) controls and ancillary renovations required to provide a complete system. Mechanical room 220 shall be reconfigured to accommodate a new air handling unit. Replacement of ceiling finishes and upgrading lighting in spaces impacted by work described above. Fan coils are to be removed from exterior walls of offices & infilled to match existing wall materials.

This project will renovate approx. 19,000 SF of existing lab/office/classroom space on the first floor of the Building. The scope will include a full remodel of these areas to provide updated laboratories, classrooms, and offices. It will also include modest upgrades to approx. 2,500 SF of corridor and lobby space, including lighting and acoustic treatments.
