Forensic Behavioral Health RFP

Description: This RFP invites qualified applicants to apply for funding to conduct forensic behavioral health evaluations for child welfare‑involved individuals and families. For the purposes of the contract, “forensic” is defined as any evaluation ordered by the court or reasonably expected to be submitted to the court. Eligible applicants include individual clinicians, practices composed of multiple practitioners, or agencies (private non‑profit or for‑profit); government agencies are not eligible, and the Department may select one or multiple applicants.
