Food Service Operation and Management
This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by Conestoga College (“Conestoga” or the “College”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Conestoga is seeking information from respondents capable of providing food service operations and management at multiple campuses, including retail food services and catering, as further described in the RFI document. This RFI is intended to gather information that will help the College prepare to issue a Request for Proposal (“RFP”). This is not an RFP. The RFP process in planned for November 2026 through March 2027.
