Foothill Housing Bldg 6 Structure Repairs & Upgrades

Remodeling of existing bathrooms in all 6B suites at Foothill 6 bathrooms (Type A), in which demolition has already been completed, with new bathrooms. In all 7A suites at Foothill 7 bathrooms (Type B), demolish and remove all existing walls and floor finishes down to studs and subfloor including removing subfloor 4 feet back from toilet and tub/shower walls. Furnish and install new bathroom. site protection of all areas of the building including exterior stairs and landscaping. Fixtures that are going to be salvaged for re-use are to be placed on site. Provide protection in the suite bedrooms. All demolition debris is to be removed and disposed of properly with all documentation completed.
