Food and Beverage Operator for Outdoor Public Pavilion RFP

Description: Tarrant Regional Water District is seeking proposals from qualified operators to manage food, beverage, and related hospitality services at the Panther Island outdoor public pavilion. The operator would provide staffing, food and beverage operations, event concessions, marketing, maintenance, compliance, reporting, and sustainability practices for a 10,000-square-foot pavilion with concession/kitchen facilities and event spaces. Proposals must include a business plan, experience and references, a fee/revenue proposal, financial information, insurance capability, and required forms, with award based on weighted best value criteria.
