Florida Regional Center Training Skills Class Renovation RFP

Description: The overall purpose of the project is to combine the current training Room #135, and recently vacated office spaces in Rooms #133. The two spaces were historically one space. This project will return the spaces to original configuration. Office walls in Rm #133 will be demolished (shown on plan). Partition wall between 133 and 135 to be demolished to the elevation of lowest ceiling elevation (shown on plan). Remaining bulkhead will be wrapped with drywall and painted. All fixtures, such as doors and door hardware, shall be turned over to onsite DOS representative. Any items not desired by representative, shall be hauled away. Storage/Equipment Room in Rm 135 will remain intact. Additional office to be built adjacent to the Storage/Equipment Room (shown on plan). Current entrance, Door 133 to be closed and relocated (shown on plan). See attached file.
