Invitation To Bid VPS #5 Group M Septic to Sewer Project requests sealed bids to provide all materials, equipment and labor to install 4-inch PVC sewer laterals, decommission onsite residential septic tanks, connect into existing sewer laterals at each residence right-of-way, and restore disturbed areas. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 14, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. local time; bids will be publicly opened at the Okeechobee Utility Authority office. Drawings, specifications and contract documents may be examined at the OUA offices or downloaded via the procurement portal referenced by the Authority; bidders must submit sealed bids and the required bid security and licensing documentation.
