Flooring Replacement at Clerk's Admin Suite (Invitation to Quote)

Description: Work includes reposition furniture/shelving, remove existing flooring and cove base from perimeter walls within the work areas. Clean the surfaces and prepare for installation of new carpet tile, 4" cove base and necessary transitions. The work area contains approximately 1,800 square feet, the existing lvp flooring in the suite shall remain. The flooring contractor is responsible for coordinating the work schedule with facility management. All work shall be neat and in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines, with all the furniture/shelving and workstations returned to their original positions upon completion of the installation.
