Description: The City of Clearwater is soliciting sealed bids for replacement of deteriorated closed-cell spray polyurethane foam insulation at the Fleet Maintenance Facility. The work includes removing the deteriorated insulation and installing a replacement closed-cell SPF system with a compatible protective coating, while providing the labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and related services required for the project.
