DA01--Patient Observation Rounding System
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a proximity-required patient observation rounding and compliance system for inpatient clinical settings at George E. Wallen VA Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Required capabilities include safety-round verification, prevention of self-harm, assaults, elopement, and falls, one-to-one observation assurance, fall and restraint protocols, vitals and assessment documentation, cloud compliance, electronic health record entry, and contractor training. The contract may run for up to five years, and offerors must demonstrate technical capability, provide an authorized distributor or reseller letter, submit pricing, and include supporting specifications or brochures.
