ESTC Fire Training Equipment Storage Building - Site Work and Building Upfit *REBID*

Description: Work includes to conduct site improvements to address clearing and grading of building pad for 60' x 60' pre-engineered building. Construction of slab on grade concrete pad, setting anchor bolts, interior upfit of the pre-engineered building to address installation of the mechanical ventilation system and unit heaters, placement of three overhead coiling doors, electrical power and overhead lighting.
