ESTC Fire Training Equipment Storage Building - Site Work and Building Upfit Re-bid

Description: This open Invitation for Bid is for Rockingham Community College’s construction of the ESTC Fire Training Equipment Storage Building and is a construction procurement rather than a grant program. The work includes site improvements, a slab-on-grade concrete pad, anchor bolts, erection coordination for a 60' x 60' pre-engineered building, mechanical ventilation, unit heaters, overhead coiling doors, electrical power, and lighting.
