Fire Protection Sprinkler Test, Inspection and Repairs Program - 27 RFP

Description: UNCG’s Facilities Operations department seeks a vendor to test and inspect fire-protection sprinkler systems for compliance with applicable building codes and NFPA requirements. The work covers 54 academic and facilities buildings totaling more than two million square feet. Each building requires an annual inspection, with half scheduled in December and half in May, and concurrent testing coordinated to minimize interruptions.
