Remove, dispose of, and replace existing fire detection and alarm systems. Remove existing interconnection wiring for the fire detection and alarm system. Design, furnish, and install a new fire detection and alarm system at three locations: Powerplant, Carl Hayden Visitor Center, and Facility Workshop Building. Provide a new laptop computer compatible with and able to operate and monitor the system.
