The principal components of work for the Cutter Lateral Reach 21 Booster Plant include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Pre-engineered concrete booster pump station, concrete foundation pad, pipe encasement, yard pipe, fencing, electrical equipment, gravel surfacing, and pipe connections. 2. Installation of secondary regulation tank at Regulation Tank No. 3 site, foundation, electrical equipment, yard pipe, and pipe connections. 3. Erosion and scour restoration/prevention: a. Includes a retaining wall, swale, runoff channel, and site regrading. 4. Reinstallation of gravel surfacing at Regulation Tank No. 3 site. 5. Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) equipment and radio communications system.
