Turnout Buildings RFP

Description: Work consists of constructing a potable water delivery turnout building and associated improvements at each site. Install at each site: 1.Sitework, including buried piping, valves, and accessories; access road (Coyote Canyon and Window Rock only); steel fencing with gate; gravel surfacing; and drainage. 2.Steel piping connection to existing steel lateral (supply) pipe. 3.Steel piping connection to existing steel distribution (delivery) pipe. 4.Buried thrust blocks. 5.Fiberoptic cable infrastructure from existing lateral alignment to building. 6.Precast concrete building and foundation, including geotechnical investigation, foundation design, and building design. 7.Interior exposed piping, valves, and accessories. 8.Building mechanical, electrical, controls, instrumentation, and security.
