Description: Goochland County is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive assessment of its financial operations, policies, procedures, internal controls, and related business processes. The selected consultant will evaluate current financial and administrative practices and recommend improvements to governance, operational efficiency, internal controls, risk mitigation, accountability, and transparency. The engagement also includes reviewing, revising, and developing policies and standard operating procedures in collaboration with County management and designated staff.
