Description: Field House – Mechanical Upgrades. HVAC scope of work for replacement of (3) existing gas-fired make-up air units and (3) building exhaust fans with energy recovery air handling units and gas-fired duct furnaces, along with DDC automatic temperature controls provided for local control of new equipment. Plumbing scope of work is the replacement of existing domestic water piping throughout the facility with new PEX piping located within the building’s insulated envelope.
