The Department of the Army's Mission Installation Contracting Command at Fort Bliss, Texas, issued presolicitation W911SG26BA011 for railroad and fencing repairs at Gate #4. The contractor will repair train damage at the railroad tracks crossing Gate #4, including replacing ties, ballast, derailer, missing tie plates and spikes, chain-link fence, and the vehicular gate, and will verify track geometry for FRA compliance. The requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 237990 (size standard $45M), with an estimated magnitude between $100,000 and $250,000 and required bid guarantee and 100% performance/payment bonds.

Project includes installation of approx. 440 LF of new chain link fencing at two (2) locations in and around the Town of Mammoth Lakes as well as two (2) gates, and the repair and or replacement of 145 LF of damaged chain link fencing at two (2) locations. See attached file.
