Fellsmere Community Center RFP

Description: The Community Center Restoration project consists of the restoration and rehabilitation of the Community Center, including, but not limited to, the following work: Replacement of eight (8) non-historic windows with historically appropriate, hurricane-resistant materials; Replacement of five (5) non-historic exterior doors, including door hardware, with historically appropriate, hurricane-resistant materials; Repair and/or replacement of six (6) light fixtures; Exterior painting; Related preparation, installation, removal, disposal, finishing, and incidental work necessary to complete the project; Coordination of required permitting and inspections.
