Description: The Contractor will remove and install two hundred and forty-nine (249) new barriers at the Central Track. The Contractor will pump the saltwater brine solution out and reapply into the new barriers once the base foundation is installed correctly. The Contractor will test the saltwater brine mixture; the Contractor will add additional salt as required to ensure the mixture will not freeze at 15-degree F. The Government will keep one hundred (100) barriers; the Contractor will relocate these barriers to new location identified by the Government.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, disposal, testing, and documentation necessary to complete the furnace replacement. At a minimum, proposals should include the following work: remove and properly dispose of the existing furnace and related materials; provide and install a new furnace sized according to the property's heating load and existing system requirements; specify furnace manufacturer, model number, BTU input and output, AFUE efficiency rating, fuel type, staging, and blower type; inspect, connect, and modify ductwork, gas piping, combustion air, flue venting, condensate drainage, thermostat wiring, and electrical connections as required. Work include replacement of the existing track. Coordinate with synthetic turf contractors to ensure timely completion of both projects. Remove existing rubber surface & lawfully dispose offsite. Mill/Remove asphalt to base and lawfully dispose offsite. Remove existing long jump and pole vault runways. Restore base where necessary to finish grade. Install 3.5" rough broom finish concrete for pole vault and long jump runways. Install 3.5inches of asphalt (1.75" 13A leveling, 1.75" 5EL top coat) on track, high jump and pole vault pits. Install Seal-Flex LR-6 3/8" stranded rubber system on track, long jump and pole vault areas. Paint entire track.
