Description: The South Carolina Department of Social Services (SCDSS) is soliciting Family Resource Connection and Preservation Services from community-based providers to deliver short-term, family-focused interventions using tools such as FAST and Motivational Interviewing to improve parenting skills and prevent child placement. Contracts are fixed-price via weekly case rates, include eligibility and insurance requirements, and have an initial one-year term with up to four one-year renewals.
