Fair Hill Jockey Restroom HVAC Installation

Description: The Maryland Department of Natural Resources is soliciting an invitation for bids to design and install mini-split HVAC heat-pump systems at Fair Hill NRMA in the women's and men's restrooms, jockey dressing rooms, and office spaces. The work also includes related ductwork, equipment, controls and wiring, concrete pads, exhaust fans, and an owner's manual. The contractor must complete the work within 90 calendar days after notice to proceed and meet the specified Maryland general-contractor and Cecil County HVAC and electrical licensing requirements.
