Facility Condition Assessment and Asset Management Solution

Description: The County of San Mateo seeks proposals for turnkey facility condition assessments of approximately 100 facilities, equipment inventories and barcode tagging, and a unified Master Equipment Register. The vendor must provide and configure a cloud-hosted Facility Condition Information System with real-time condition indexing and capital-renewal modeling, and integrate it bidirectionally with the County’s IBM Maximo system. An optional second phase covers manufacturer-aligned preventive-maintenance job plans, check sheets, and recommended service frequencies.
