Description: The Department of the Air Force is soliciting a total small-business-set-aside contract for maintenance dredging at four locations on Tyndall Air Force Base, including pre- and post-hydrographic surveys and disposal of dredged material. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, surveys, handling, and disposal required under the 100% design specifications, with an estimated magnitude of $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The work includes maintenance dredging of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway (AIWW) channel. The maintenance dredging work will consist of removal of shoaled material that has accumulated in the channels since the various areas were last dredged. Dredging depths are from 8-12’ plus 2’ of allowable over depth for the AIWW channels.
