EYNF HVAC Controllers Service & Maintenance - El Portal & Catalina RFP

Description: Requires the Contractor to maintain the HVAC Controller. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, and as well as all necessary transportation, equipment, tools, repair parts, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required to maintain the HVAC Controller in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification from an authorized dealer. Under this contract the Contractor shall provide: The services of a trained HVAC Controller mechanic on a basis to check and repair equipment operation and perform scheduled and preventive maintenance; Appropriate, same day, service in response to an HVAC Controller malfunction trouble call;and Perform annual inspection.
