Description: Scope of work will consist of renovations and modernization of existing project and includes, but is not limited to prep and paint metal stairs and railings complete, scrape, prime, and paint metal porch ladders, cut existing condensate lines flush to concrete and fill old condensate line going below slab with filler cement. Provide new condensate pump, new condensate lines, and electrical service as required. See attached file.
