Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, tools, safety equipment, permits (if required), and quality control necessary to perform the following: Project Management. The Contractor shall: Coordinate all work with the Government COR. Provide project schedule prior to mobilization. Coordinate access requirements with HHC, 249 th EN BN Point of Contact and installation personnel. See attached file.

The Contractor shall execute the following tasks: Task 1: Site Survey and Preparation: Conduct a comprehensive site visit to take precise laser measurements of all designated wall spaces. Perform paint adhesion testing to ensure the current wall surface will accept architectural vinyl. Identify any architectural obstacles (e.g., light switches, fire alarms, outlets, doors) and account for them in the graphic design template. See attached file.
