Description: The Cahill-Pilot joint venture is soliciting bids for all remaining trade packages, excluding abatement, demolition, shoring, EBM, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and crane service, for the 85% CD GMP for New Asia Senior Housing at 772 Pacific Ave., San Francisco. The project is a new Type 1, 15-story high-rise with one level below grade, comprising 175 affordable senior-housing units and 140,000 GSF, with community rooms, offices, outdoor terraces, a roof deck, and banquet-hall warm shell. Bids are due September 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PDT, with a 20% SBE/LBE participation goal and construction tentatively starting in February 2027.
