Description: Provide excavation and site work construction services under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) unit price contract for the LTRG Home Build Phase 3 Program to reconstruct seven single family homes for households whose homes were destroyed in the 2023 Gray and Oregon Road Fires in Spokane County. Perform excavation and site work at the seven home sites, which may include site clearing and debris removal, excavation and backfill for foundations, rough and finish grading, utility trenching, driveway and access preparation, erosion and sediment control, and related site work.
