General Contractor/Construction Management Services - SRLTRG Home Build, Phase 3 Program (Request for Proposals)

Description: Provide program and construction management services for the LTRG Home Build Phase 3 Program. to reconstruct seven single-family homes for households whose homes were destroyed in the 2023 Gray and Oregon Road Fires in Spokane County. Serve as the general contractor and construction manager and will be responsible for construction scheduling; coordination, supervision, and quality control of separately procured sitework, foundation, trades, and material supply contracts; permit and inspection coordination; cost and schedule reporting; and coordination with volunteer construction partners. The general gontractor will not self-perform construction work.
