Event Staffing Services RFP

Description: The City of Newport News is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide event staffing services for special events scheduled throughout the year for the Department of Parks and Recreation. Required capabilities include supervisory and support staff, STAGELINE mobile-stage setup, breakdown, transportation and maintenance, golf-cart operation, stagehand and performer support, TIPS-certified alcohol-boundary monitoring, event setup and cleanup, parking assistance, equipment care, and unarmed security support.
