Environmental Services for Ellis Lake Enhancement Project (Request for Qualifications)

Provide environmental consulting services related to environmental review and permitting. Preparation of an initial study / mitigated negative declaration (is/mnd) in compliance with ceqa. Supporting technical studies, which may include: air quality and ghg emissions; biological and wetlands resources; cultural and historical resources. Regulatory permitting support including: waste discharge requirements (wdr); lake and streambed alteration agreements; coordination with state and federal agencies. Development of a mitigation monitoring and reporting program (mmrp).
