Environmental Monitoring Program Services

Description: The Government of Alberta (Parkland County) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Environmental Monitoring Program Services. The successful consultant will develop and implement an environmental monitoring program that supports regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship, including review of historical groundwater, surface water, leachate, and landfill gas monitoring data to establish site-specific trends. The vendor will coordinate all required environmental monitoring activities (groundwater, surface water, leachate, subsurface landfill gas), recommend monitoring frequencies and analytical parameters, interpret results to identify emerging trends or exceedances, manage environmental monitoring data and records, and prepare/submit draft and final annual environmental monitoring reports and regulatory submissions.
