Environmental Emergency Response - Full Service Agency

Description: The State of Minnesota is soliciting proposals for as-needed environmental emergency response services for state agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture members across all 87 counties. The selected responder will handle spills and releases involving petroleum, food products, manure, sewage, solid waste, hazardous materials, hazardous substances, and hazardous wastes on land, water, or air. This is a competitive service solicitation—not a grant—with an anticipated 24-month term from November 1, 2026, through October 30, 2028, and an estimated annual value of $1,500,000 to $2,000,000.
