Escalating Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Costs: Maintaining legacy mechanical and analog electronic assemblies require increasingly complex depot-level repairs and extended maintenance actions. Modern Air Surveillance & Interoperability Demands: Evolving civil and military aviation requirements necessitate modern digital target processing, modern Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) / Secondary Surveillance Radar (SSR) capabilities, Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B), secure network-centric data dissemination, and robust cybersecurity posture. DESIGN BUILD: This project is to convert approximately 14,000 square feet of existing hangar space into Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), Special Access Program Facility (SAP-F), and Open Storage space. The scope of work includes the demolition of an existing CMU storage room within the hangar space and the comprehensive build-out of the multi-functional floor plan to accommodate various open and private office configurations, conference and briefing rooms, training and planning areas, breakrooms, server rooms, and restrooms. Furthermore, the project requires structural and architectural planning for a future second floor, incorporating the necessary floor plate, mechanical room, restrooms, communication stub-ups, elevator, and stairwells.
