Enhancements To the Washington State Vital Records System

To provide enhancements to whales, the washington state vital record system, due to future, unknown federal and state statute and regulation changes. As well as social changes that can drive the need for business requirements that impact the whales. The change control process is detailed below as follows: change request procedure: a. A request for change (rfc) must be in writing to document the potential change. The doh center for health statistics, in conjunction with a whales business analyst from the doh office of innovation and technology, will provide a written description of the proposed change and submit to the vendor through bugzilla, or email, based on vendor preference at time of submission. Mantech will perform additional discovery and provide the rfc to relevant parties for further analysis. I.
