Description: The City of St. John's seeks qualified engineering firms licensed in Newfoundland and Labrador for the Southlands Water Transmission Main Upgrading project. The project will twin an existing 750 mm water transmission main with approximately 3,425 m of new 900 mm main between the Ruby Line Pump Station and the Southlands Reservoirs. Services include field information collection, detailed design, tender documents and cost estimates, tender support, construction administration and inspection, and as-built documentation.
