Emergency Generator Replacement RFP
Work includes the removal and disposal of the existing generators, automatic transfer switches, and related electrical components; installation of new emergency generators, automatic transfer switches, conductors, grounding systems, and associated electrical infrastructure; modification and reconnection of existing electrical services as required; testing and commissioning of all equipment to verify proper operation; and restoration of any disturbed areas resulting from construction. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and coordination necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents, applicable codes, and manufacturer requirements, ensuring uninterrupted emergency power service to the facilities.
