EMANUEL COUNTY 2026 LRA RESURFACING PROJECT

Description: Emanuel County Board of Commissioners is soliciting bids for resurfacing eight roads in the Ranch Park Community and Norristown–Covena Road. The work includes patching, leveling, storm drain improvements, asphalt surfacing, shoulder construction, and striping, with completion required within 120 consecutive calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must provide required bonds, hold a Georgia contractor license, obtain a Georgia business license, and maintain the specified insurance coverage.
